This client participated in a special "self-help" promotion which offered one match within a six-month time frameThis program was a limited time special offering, offered to singles as an opportunity to become more
self-aware and recognize behavior that might be sabotaging love and healthy relationships
Following each service, this client expressed how happy she was with our program to the point of expressing gratitude to our firm for, "taking our time to do it right" and not being like the "other dating services who just match for contractual sake." She expressed this to our firm on several occasions, based on her described experience working for another matchmaking service
This client had no complaints with our firm until we reached out and shared our unfortunate challenge in finding a suitable match for herWhile we understood our client's disappointment in response to this news, unfortunately, we were finding it difficult to match her due to the fact that the men we matched her with were not interested in meeting her once we shared her physical body typeThis response was disappointing for us as we have many successful matches and marriages of various body types, small and large
Therefore, in sharing our experience with her, we offered her a $"match" refund or an extension to her contract to continue on her behalf
To begin, Ms*** signed a contractual agreement which offered no refund and acknowledged "one match" or "months representation", whichever came firstShe understood when signing her contract that there were no guarantees that her match would be found in months
In October 2013, upon Ms***'s return from a book tour, Ms***'s home visit and Love Shopping were scheduled as promised, and confirmed with Ms*** via emailUnfortunately, due to illness following her return, Ms*** needed to reschedule the home visit and Love ShoppingBoth activities were successfully completed, and each were met with gratitude and compliments by Ms***Following the finalization of her contractual activities, Ms*** was told she would be communicated with when a suitable match was found on her behalf
On January 16, 2014, ***, V.Pof Client Relations, reached out to Ms***, sharing that "Kailen has yet to find a gentleman she feels is suitable for you at this time" and stated, "as you know we never match for match sake"At that point, per direction from Kailen ***, Ms*** offered Ms*** a complimentary 6-month extension to her contract, with hopes of finding a man who would appreciate our client for who she was on the inside not the outsideMs*** accepted this extensionOn January 17, Ms*** sent Ms*** the extension offer via email and postal mailAfter not receiving a signed copy from Ms***, on January 22, Ms*** reached out to Ms*** to confirm if she had received the extension letterMs*** replied via email, "Yes I got itJust haven't sent it back yet"The hard copy with Ms***'s signature was finally received on February 13,
Nearing the end of Ms***'s second extension, on June 25, 2014, The Love Architects reached out to Ms*** via e-mail sharing the unfortunate update on her status"We are having a difficult time finding a man who is open to dating a woman who is full figuredBecause Kailen absolutely adores you, she wants you to know that you are always on her heart and mind" as are all of her clients"She knows from past experience, with success in matching, that your man will come along, yet she wants to honor you, your time and your investment into this firm." At this point we offered another extension or partial refundThis news was not easy for our firm to share as we take great pride in seeing our clients in love
On July 8, 2014, Ms*** wrote a bizarre and reactive e-mail attacking The Love Architects
In reply to this e-mail, on July 9, 2014, MsBuggs immediately e-mailed Ms*** requesting for Ms*** to come to the firm to discuss her feelings in hope of rectifying the situation
On July 10, Ms*** responded with a second scathing e-mailAt this point it was clear from the e-mails and her insalubrious reaction-- that Ms***'s issues were far greater than that of The Love Architects alone, raising deep concern with regard to Ms***'s emotional wellness
Ms*** phoned Ms*** with great concern on Thursday, July 10, and left a message hoping to meet with Ms*** to address both her and Ms***s concernsIt took Ms*** several days to return the call with a voicemail, yet in the voicemail, Ms*** seemed open minded and willing to discuss the matter, which Kailen was grateful forThis seemingly genuine voicemail was later met with a polar opposite and threatening response asking Ms*** not to contact her any further
Ms*** was communicated with as needed, and offered the opportunity, as with all clients, to meet with Ms*** to discuss any concerns at any timeMs*** continually declined these offers, complaining that we "were on the other side of the world" from her, although we were only miles away
We at The Love Architects stand behind the service provided to Ms*** and wish her wellWe are still happy to refund our original offer of the $match fee that we were unable to successfully fulfill
For Ms*** to demand a larger refund than offered is unjustified and would be taking advantage of the firms time and efforts on Ms***'s behalf

This is a case of Buyer BewareI can only hope someone clever enough to read reviews of this business on the Revdex.com website will be wise enough to read all of these complaints carefully before signing a contract with The Love ArchitectsIf you sign that contract as I did you will have no recourseThere are no guarantees whatsoever to protect you or your investmentMy brother is an attorney and read the contract I signedHe said he felt bad for me but according to her contract " all money was earned upon receipt"I had no recourseI really had little chance of ever getting the fair refund of the $I asked for
Please read my story and know that I have been honest in my accountI can not say the same about The Love ArchitectsIn fact a letter of response was submitted by them and later retractedIt was unkind and mean spirited and contained out and out fabrications of conversations that never took placeThe letter actually went so far as to suggest I had emotional issues and was so unattractive that obviously I was in need of Kailen's expertise in recognizing my need for help in this matterI was very relieved when the Revdex.com notified me that that response had been retracted and that another one submitted
You will find The Love Architects claims over and over that I was happy and satisfied with my experienceThese statements are falseIf I was so satisfied and happy then why would I be complainingIt makes no senseWhat I am unsatisfied with is the poor customer service I have receivedI understand that they may not have a match for me in the time specifiedWhat I don't understand is being treated with so little understanding and kindnessNo one contacted me for months on endIn fact I have not had a conversation with Kailen *** since October of last yearNot a word from her until June when I had complained to her assistantWhat she left me was an angry voice message about how disappointed she was in me that I was seeking a refundShe wasn't reaching out because she had concerns about my emotional stateShe was angryIt was following that phone message and the research I did at the Revdex.com website, that lead me to believe I was wise to limit my interactions with her and only communicate in writing
So here I am months later with none of the promised tools to help me redesign my lifeI did not receive the "blueprint for love"I took a leap of faith and hoped for loveI got instead a miserable experience that left me feeling cheated, disappointed and a bit hopeless that I will ever find someone
Again I hope anyone reading this and the other letters of complaint be very careful about spending their hard earned money on hiring Ms ***As you can see from her business' responses that they make no guaranteesIf you are unhappy you will be out of luckAt least the other women who submitted claims got some matchesI did not even get that
You will notice that Kailen claims she interviewed several potential men on my behalfI however was never offered any opportunity to interview for gentlemen I may likeI believe this is due to the lack of inventory of gentlemen in my age rangeBecause that was the case when I worked for *** ( a dating service)The women over out numbered the men nearly to Kailen admitted as much to me when we had our "Love Shopping" breakfastShe said since her book had come out she had signed up far more woman than menBoth of the other complaints had concerns about this same thing
You will also notice that on the other responses to complaints that the Love Architects tend use the excuses that the client had emotional issues or was sabotaging the processWhat it looks like is anyone unhappy with The Love Architects service will be in danger of receiving either label
So Good luck to you clever consumerTake my advice and have that contract carefully reviewed by an attorney before signing it or giving over any of your money
