company doesn't convert credit left over into rental income, but allows the customer to either keep the credit for future use, or use it towards any product or service we offer(I am unaware of any other storage company that allows this)It is unfortunate that this customer did not read her lease or listen to our explanation upon move inIf she had, she would have known to give days notice of move out, and paid a prorated amount in her last monthif needed, I will provide copies of our contract

I have given them over $in rental income and because I did not give them days notice does not give them the right to keep my $This is bad business practiceI was never late on my paymentsI did not give them notice because I did not know I would be moving out that dayThe clerk told me that they do give cash refunds to the military who have ordersThis is discriminationThey are picking and choosing who to give refunds toSince my unit is already rented out again it should not be a problem refunding money as the company is not losing any moneyThey are now double dippingSomehow that does not seem rightI still want my cash refundI will take this further if that does not happen
