Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Yes, Apparently business day after making my complaint I did receive calls from Kailua screen wanting to schedule the installation of the screen door Unfortunately I was on a trip to the mainland and I told them I would need to call them back when I return to schedule the installation In the meantime I get a frantic phone call from my roommate that my kitten got out again This extremely upset set me, if Kailua screens had installed the screen door as promised months earlier my kitten would not have gotten outside at the first time I called Kailua screens on February 29, upset and panicky and left a message cancelling my order out of sheer frustration I have decided to use a more reliable company and will never give Kailua screen my business again Sincerely, [redacted]

[redacted] I would like to reopen my complaint listed above Kailua Screen shop would not return any of my call until I filed the original complaint Within days they called me To resolve the issue with them I asked for a refund of of the screens I purchased from them which they agreed upon I decided to keep the other screens as they seemed to be staying in the windows with no issues The other I returned I had another screen shop remake them and I have not had any problems as of yet This weekend I came home to find of the screens I decided to keep had popped out As I attempted to pop it back into place, the tab that assists in the installation of the screen had completely pulled out and separated from the screen I am now unable to keep the window open as my kitten may try to go out the window When I called Kailua screens today 5-25-16, a male answered who I believe is the owner or manager I informed him who I was and what the situation was He replied that I would have to bring the screen back to him and they would replace the tab that had pulled out This requires me to take off yet another day of work to have them replace the tab I do not believe that this is going to correct the problem He told me "we are not coming out to pop the screen back in" To remedy the situation I would like a refund of these screens so I can have the other company make new screens I wish I had returned all screens as I wouldn't be in this situation again This would be the work day I have had to take off to handle this situation I am applauded at this company's customer service, and for the owner to tell me I need to come back to the shop to fix an obvious flaw in their work is unacceptable If you need any further information or a more detailed history of the original complaint please contact me at 808-228- Thank you, [redacted]
