Kaios Klothing Co Ltd

Hello, I just wanted to update my complaint. A few days ago my daughter mentioned to a student at her school that works with Kaios Klothing what had happened and he got her a new sweatshirt and included a free t-shirt as well. I was happy that he rectified the situation for her but still
completely dissatisfied at the company's lack of communication and customer service. Never once did they respond to emails, calls or tweets! I did learn that they are a very young company (started by high school and college aged kids) and are still very new. Just hope they are learning how to correct all of their issuesThank you, Jeanne Schley
