Kairos Homes has been working diligently with this homeowner. We have been in contact with her at least three times in the last few days. We submit a schedule and she declines the time, we go out to fix a problem, she doesn’t cooperate, cutting the time necessary to complete the job
requiring us to come back out a second time. We bring the electric plate cover she identifies is her complaint but refuses it because she doesn’t like the color - greyShe is aware of the procedureShe has yelled over the phone at Kairos employeesShe pulls people off job sites to come look at the house and tells them when she will be expecting them to come back instead of following procedureThis house was walked through with a Kairos representative and the buyer several months after purchased, something we don’t typically do but she had sent so many irate emails that we decided to personally walk the house with her. At that time, apparently the light switches were fine, no water damage evident and no possible way for water damage to occur in that wall. There are no pipes in that wall, it is brick, the electrical plug is caulked so no air or water can come through. The only way water can come would be through the roof which doesn’t look to be the case here. We don’t use inferior products, no builder grade. Our homes are well constructed with superior products. All buyers have a blue tag walk thru and a final walk thru to address all cosmetic issuesShould there be later damage due to neglect or misuse and abuse that will be the home-owner’s responsibility. Regarding the lighting issues, this complaint is the first time we have hear of this issueWe have not received any correspondence from the customer on this item

Good Morning [redacted] Family,I would like to stay away from finger pointing and work to resolve the core issue that you are stating in your complaint.  We have attached an e-mail from today asking you to please fill out one repair request form for all the repairs that you are claiming. This is necessary so we can assess, and fix what needs to be fixed in one clean sweep.  Cosmetic issues are not addressed after closing due to many outside factors, and this is agreed upon by both the buyer and the seller in the attached warranties document that is signed at closing.  Please work with us so we can work with you to resolve your concerns. Very Respectfully, Kairos Homes Representative

I am rejecting this response because:The statements made by Kairos in their response to the Revdex.com has not been stated in full truth, at all. Also, what it appears they are saying, is that they will not take action to insure the safety of my home and family. I have phone logs, conversation emails and warranty issue request forms (with photos) to support how Kairos Homes Llc has not conducted themselves as contractually stated and as they try to promote. Because the emails have identifiable names & my personal information, I unfortunately cannot submit this online for others to view, but I do hope that anyone who is interested in learning more details will visit other websites where reviews have been submitted and the Facebook page titled: Kairos Homes Llc-Public ReviewsSince the beginning, when the first warranty request was submitted, 12/15/17, Kairos Homes has not responded in a timely manner. The warranty rep himself even admitted to me  that not only have my emails not been responded to that others as well and admitted to me that he has been spoken by upper management about the unprofessional issues. I stated," but you are still doing it to this day". Kairos states they have attempted to contact me in the last few days, which is not true. I do not have any emails. Time line of my calls; (1) 6/12/17 @ 3:19pm,no answer (2) 6/13/17 @ 11:45am, someone picked up then hung up (3) 6/13/17 @ 13:39pm, phone now a fax tone (this is same number I have used since 12/2016) (4) 6/13/17 @ 12:42pm, called a different ph# on website, happens to be the current sales rep: JP. Explained my issues of warranty issues outstanding, especially the safety concern of the electrical panel & water damage. JP stated, nothing he can do and all issues are handled through website. Advised that I have been doing that and I am not being contacted. He repeated himself "nothing he can do". JP took offense to my question that maybe his potential future clients should know how the process of warranty works and he began to raise his voice with me. I was clearly upset and frustrated by his response of not taking the safety of my home and family as priority. (5) 6/13/17 @ 1:06pm, I received a missed call from Kairos on my cell. A voicemail notification appeared and upon listening to the voicemail, no message was left. Whomever called hung up after 2 seconds (which is what showed on the time counter) The workmanship that was done, that I have discovered, was not done properly. Some of the workmanship issues that I have sent pictures to the builder's fiance, called me to tell me "you are right, it is not done right". Broken & cracked pieces of wood should not have been used as the are getting worse. As time goes on, new issues appear, such as; hite ash & spots are now appearing on cabinets as if there is a fungus in the wood. If Kairos Homes won't address the big safety issues,  I can only speculate other request won't get a response to it. Had quality workmanship been done right the first time and or made whole after discovery was reported, we would not be having the Revdex.com involved. Any time that I have raised my voice is because I clearly explained to all of Kairos' employees: builder's fiance, cabinet maker (now sales rep), warranty rep, field technicians & their supervisor how scared I am for the safety of my home and family from an electrical fire and possible growth of mold.  To this day, I have not been contacted as they claim. Any previous appointments that were attempted I requested for same day different time and they refused and would tell me it would be another 2-3 weeks out. To continue to have to wait for months to resolve & repair issues that could become a possible electrical fire issue & mold issue, is not acceptable.  The technicians that they send are not certified electricians nor are they qualified to detect water damage or mold. I wanted to say more but too many words to put in and the response wouldn't process. We just want Kairos Homes Llc to accept responsibility, fix the wrongs that are reported so my family and I can feel safe.
