KGDG maintains & repairs our community gates so called them about my garage door opener Had a hiccup with the scheduling, but was remedied by their top technician (in my opinion) Had to replace the opener and wish I would have done it a few years ago What a difference the new opener is I'm very pleased with their work and highly recommend them Thank you KGDG

I have to say these guys are awesomeShowed up on time when they said they would, Danny was the installer and a super nice guy and drove all the way from AZ to do a Las Vegas install, Who does that?? Kaiser garage doors and gates didThese guys where a more then everyone else but I was happy to pay it cause I got triple the product and the service was hands down the best it could getLet these guys do your install and you wont be disappointed

Bad workmanship led to another malfunctionCompany did not respond in a reasonable time when I contacted them to fix it We've had this company work on our garage door at least twice this yearThe most recent time, the technician insisted on tightening the spring to the point I was scared it would break A few months later, it has broken The number provided by the company for "immediate service" is answered by a personal voice mailI have left multiple messages over the last hours, and no one has respondedWe will need to find a different company

I had a garage door installed by Kaiser about a year agoRecently it has been making a grinding noise so I called them to come and take a lookGordon knew the minute he heard my garage door open what the problem wasIt just needed some greaseHe also left me his can in case I had the issue againI also was having trouble with my wall openerIt was really hard to pushGordon took it apart and now it works so easilyVery professional and politeI would recommend them to any one with garage door trouble

I had Kaiser come to my house to replace the garage door opener in my homeI told the technician that the remotes were not working and to close the door you have to hold the button down until the door closeHe checked a few things to make sure the opener did not need replacingBut in the end the opener needed replacingHe finished in a timely and went over everything with meThey gave me a appointment with a hour window and called when they were on the way
