I have had two consultations with Mr *** and several callls which were not billedFirst consult was March This was followed my three callls regarding visitation problems which were not billedI met Mr *** again on May 11thI quoted a fee of *** for the consult and a letter to his exwife
Our office records all callsMr *** called for status on May The file was not pulled for a return callI drafted the letter but did not finish it as I had questions as to how to send itMr B should have gotten a call but apparently the file was temporarily misplacedHe called and asked for a refund on May
Unfortunately I have more than the *** paid used in services up to the refund request dateStandard hourly rates are around *** per hourI was being very lenient
I have sent the letter finalized on May to Mr *** for his review and use.I subsequently received this Revdex.com complaint
We show no record of messages for me to return callsI am unaware of any confusion over payment I certainly apologize but I was using a temporary receptionistWe actually would be owed fees if I billed my time and credited his payment
I hope to retain the opportunity to finish this action if Mr *** wishesI have now left him a telephonic message apologizing and expressing my interest

Received a voice message from Mr*** on June 06, at 7:24pm letting me know that he received the complaint from the Revdex.comDuring this recorded voice mail Mr*** states that he sent me a letter but I have never received anything from Mr.*** to this day June 09, Mr *** also doesn't mention that I had made payments, One for $and one for *** and at this point I am just looking to recover the *** for service not performed because he never live up to what he said he would doMr *** claims he drafted a letter but didn't know where to send it but that statement is not true as we discussed clearly how and where to send it during my consultationMr *** also claims high rates of *** an hour but this was not what I was quoted or charged for such service, My first payment and receipt would prove thatHe said he accepts responsibility for errors to my case and he needs to live up to it and refund my money as I have already moved on and my case has now changed and because he failed to perform Mr ***'s services are no longer needed

We were retained to file and complete a chapter bankruptcy with payment made on Feb 15th, Unfortunately, we did not have the
necessary information to complete the action until the end of AprilWe specifically needed months of income records which need was explained initially to the client
We actually had contact with the client before the Revdex.com complaint was receivedThis particular case was a bit more difficult that normalAdditional time to prepare is necessary in these cases.We completed the petition and obtained clients signatures on April and filed the action around May I believe the Framptons should be satisfied with the result though their action has had some extra issues with garnishmentsWe are putting extra efforts into resolving these garnishments and obtaining the return of garnished funds
I take responsibility for some delay in poor communication with the clients and not assuring they understood what was still needed to fileI believe we did not respond quickly enough to the clients status requestsHowever, we handle a high volume of these matters and these communication errors will occur though they are unintentional
We have apologized to the Framptons for the delay and I believe the concerns have been resolved
