Kaiser Opera Cattery

We went through a long process to obtain a kitten from Mrs. Milada Kaiser owner of Kaiser Opera Cattery only to not get the kitten nor receive our money back. We attempted to work with her to obtain another kitten but refuses to answer back or refund our money. This business not only lacks promptness but does not follow through and is unethical in its practice and behavior. She told us she would refund our money, but now refuses to answer her phone or texts and has not paid us back.

Review: I have documentation I paid [redacted] of Kaiser Opera Cattery, $[redacted] for a kitten to be delivered to me in [redacted] at the end of September. This business cashed my check/accepted PayPal payment and now I have not been able to contact them via email or three different phone numbers. I have attempted to contact this business every day by all methods for three weeks now with no response. I paid for a kitten that I have not received!Desired Settlement: I wanted the kitten I paid for and filled out an application for but that kitten is now a cat , if it even ever existed at all. I do not trust this business/vendor now so expect a full refund of my money as their website advertises. At the bottom of their website they state they refund any customer they refuse to provide service to all monies paid in full.
