I'm not sure how to edit the complaint I registered, but wanted to add some more information;We also have submitted a dispute case back in Dec with our *** CC Company who has credited the amount back to us temporarilySince it is a temporary credit, I feel once the investigation into
the dispute is complete and *** makes a decision, they will release the funds back to Kaiser - I'm thinking this will happen shortly, once they see the 2nd denial from the *** that I just got in the mail today
