[redacted] and his NC team were outstanding throughout my roof replacement project. Communications: From quote to complete, [redacted] kept me well-informed on the process in terms of scheduling & options/recommendations as well as [redacted]'s work on my behalf with my insurance claim/adjustments.Expectations: There are a lot of moving-parts in a roof-replacement project. [redacted] and his team set appropriate/realistic expectations around the quality of their work and the product they were installing as well as identifying in advance potential risks around the insurance claim process, solar attic-fan and addl flashing install, and Sat Dish removal and re-install. Service: Again, this is an area where [redacted] and his NC team shined. Even more compelling to me is the fact that their responsiveness continued AFTER they had been paid for the work. A heavy rain shortly after the install identified some leaks where the satellite dish and flashing were sealed/re-installed. Again, this wasn't a surprise because he had the expertise and foresight to identify those risks up-front. He took time away from his new-born to return with his team within an hour to address/correct the issues. [redacted]'s prompt handling of those issues mitigated the threat of additional ones.My single criticism is that my garden took quite a beating when the install crew was removing the old roof and tossing the materials down. However, I know the cost of the roofing and material upgrades [redacted] worked into the project as a value-add, well-exceeded the cost to replace a few damaged bushes, tomato plants, and herbs.My sense is the lion-share of the comments made about businesses listed on the Revdex.com are negative in nature. I want to make sure people know there are companies out there conducting business the right way. [redacted] Siding and Roofing in Charlotte, NC is one of those businesses.
