Kaith's Heating and Air

Review: Kaith did furnace work for us on Feb. 16, 2015. He told us that the parts and some labor were to be covered under a warranty by Carrier, the furnace company. He told us he "did not have the money to cover buying the parts", so ask us to give him a check for $750.00 to cover this, and when he got reimbursed from Carrier Corp., he would give us the balance of money back. He told us the actual job should cost "about $275.00", so that the balance we would get back. We have tried repeatedly to contact him, he has never returned a call. We called Carrier on 8-11-15,([redacted]) and talked to a "Jamie", who informed that they had reimbursed Kaith in April of 2015. Carrier even had their field rep contact him. The rep called us to say he could not get a phone answer, that he was only able to leave a VM, as we were. Carrier has paid him over 4 months ago, and now we cannot get reimbursed, or even get him to answer the phone or call us back.Desired Settlement: He pay us the $475.00 he owes us.
