Buyer Beware! Still waiting for condo to be built, purchased 2017, originally to be ready 2019! And no one wants to communicate with purchasers except to be rude and nasty!

I PURCHASED MY CONDO YEARS AGO LAST YEAR MOULD WAS PRESENT ON THE CEILING OF THE HALLWAY ON THE LOWER FLOOR THIS WAS REPORTED AND IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE PIPES ABOVE THIS CEILING WERE NEVER WRAPPED AS THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN AND AS A RESULT, OVER THE YEARS, CONDENSATION CREATED MOULD THE ESTIMATE FOR CLEARING THIS MOULD IS $30,AND KAITLIN FEELS IT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FIXING THIS PROBLEMWATER DAMAGED IS ONLY COVERED BY TARION FOR THE FIRST YEAR HOWEVER, IT TOOK MORE THAN A YEAR FOR THIS MOULD TO GROW IT IS A HEALTH HAZARD AS WELL AS UNSIGHTLY IN ADDITION THE VALUE OF THE CONDOS IS NOW NEXT TO NOTHING AS WE WOULD NEVER BE ABLE TO SELL WITH MOULD IN THE HALLWAY THIS PROBLEM NEEDS TO BE RECTIFIED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE ***
