I FINALLY found a mechanic I can trust who explains things clearly and concisely. Their prices are extremely competitive. The customer service fantastic. This will be my 3rd trip in for three cars, so I know they're consistent. Each time the cars been done by the same or the following day! Thank you Kaizen for being my new GoTo people :)

Kaizen Auto has done work to all my vehicles (tundra, avalon, and corvette) and have always been honest and reliable. They have never tried to sell me something I didn't need like other places have.

Kaizen is a Japanese word that translates to mean "better improvement" or words to that effect. The owner and a master mechanic, [redacted], does exactly that "kaizen". My recent experience with this business was both enlightening and informative. [redacted] not only addressed my vehicle issues with knowledge a master mechanic would have but explained it in such a way that a non wrench turner, like myself, would understand. The work performed was exceptional and completed within the time frame we agreed upon. The "kaizen" of my vehicles increased my appreciation of them and the work that [redacted] did to earn that appreciation is well worth his fair prices and honest approach to his customers.

A caring and honest person who gets the job done. Kaizen is a honest and affordable auto service company just like their slogan. After responding to a Craigslist Ad regarding the replacement of the driver's side mirror on my Buick, I was greeted almost immediately by the owner ([redacted]). He stated he could replace the part for less than I was quoted elsewhere and to bring the vehicle in as soon as possible. Upon entering the conveniently located place of business, I was greeted by a professional and friendly worker in the front office. I explained my prior contact with [redacted], and the car was tended to within 5 minutes.

Kaizen Auto Care has saved the day for me. My Durango failed emission testing and I didn't know what was wrong. My engine light was on and had no idea where to go for service. Kaizen ([redacted]) came to my house and scanned the system with his computer. Turned out I needed a fuel pump replaced because the car was running too lean. I picked up a new pump from the dealer and he installed it right in my garage. He reset the computer and after driving it for the weekend took back in to emissions and passed. Thanks again for the great service.
