The customer account was reviewed on 3/21/based on receipt of the Revdex.com complaint. The number port-out for the customer was completed one day after the regularly scheduled plan renewal (account was active at the time of the plan renewal). A credit of $(full
amount of the plan purchase) was issued against the credit card used for the account plan purchases on 3/21/17. Kajeet customer care will notify the customer that the credit was issued
