During our move with A Plus movers on September 2, 2017, the movers dropped our travertine dining room table from CopenhagenThe table broke into pieces and is non-repairable, requiring replacementSubsequently, our tile flooring was damaged where the table was dropped which took a chunk out of the tileIn addition, drywall to the entry of the kitchen area, and a bedroom headboard was damaged during the moveAll of the items were photographed and documented by the movers with the assurance of follow up and doing the right thing on our behalfThe movers advised they were required to take the shattered table off site to find a replacement, and we have since placed several follow up phone calls to the office manager who told us the owner, Paul Tillwach would need to "source" itThe other items were to be assessed and repaired by a contractor A Plus Movers providedOn September 15, we reached out directly to Paul regarding the table via e-mailHe responded advising he was "sourcing
