Kal Tire #620 (North Hill Shopping Centre)

Well, Jimmy [redacted] didn't invent the wheel, but it felt like he did to my fiance and I. Beginning a 5000km journey with a 4000lb trailer, balanced precariously on car tires, Jimmy didn't send us away to our ultimate deaths on the highway, as 3 shops previous had, no no - Jimmy stepped up and took on the challenge of our snowmobile-trailer to ensure our safety. With time of the essence for our travels, Jimmy took our trailer into one of Kal-Tire's 30 car bays, and set up shop for the next 24 hours to find us proper tires that could withstand the weight of our entire life's belongings in that trailer.
A day after tackling this job, Jimmy and our trailer emerged victorious, with us prepared for a safe journey ahead.
We truly have never experienced such service, kindness, or dedication to customers, as that which we received at Kal-Tire Northhill. Both Jimmy and Peter provided unparalleled service. We are grateful, and alive (shockingly after beginning our trip with such unsafe tires!) and would recommend Kal-Tire Calgary to anyone in need, any day of the week, and twice on Sunday;)
