If you are military please stay as far away from this complex as possible! They like to take advantage and prey on military familiesThere utilities are split but it seems like the only people's utilities that get raised are non localsThe billing is suppose to go based on the number of people in your house, well here's a question how does someone with people living in the same size home have a smaller utility bill than a home with people? Oh yeah don't buy there no pitbulls allowed policy we live next to someone with pitbulls that are supposedly service animals, that's a complete lie because service animals are not aggressive and do not attempt to attackI've showed the office proof and eat time "they are service animals"They will supposedly fine people for not putting there trash cans in the garage but yet after numerous complaints of the same people with the pitbulls having there trash can in the yard nothing gets doneThis housing complex plays favorites and the price you'll pay isn't worth what you have to put up with

Back in January, I moved out of Kalaeloa Apartments due to my deployment I submitted to them the paperwork showing the deployment and I was terminating my lease early Prior to vacating the apartment, our pre inspection did not mention anything about painting the entire apartmentWe purchased replacement blinds and slats prior to moving out The complex didn't do a final walk through on the day we move out and we turned in the keys I understand having them keeping our security deposit, but they charged us for the blinds that we had purchased and they still charged us for the paint I feel like they took advantage of my situation and stuck me with a big bill, knowing that I am in the military

22,2015 we emailed ***., the *** company asking them to contact Mr *** as be bad concerns about his high utility billMy *** was copied on the emailAfter not getting a response from ***, we emailed *** again copying Mr*** on the email asking *** to contact Mr*** as he had questionson why his billing was so high*** never respondedThe ***s wanted to withhold payment until they had answers from *** but any billing issues or credits are to be issued directly from ***,not Kalaeloa Rental Homes.Mr*** has lived at *** *** *** since April14,and during that time he has submittedwork order requests.Our maintenance technicians have responded to each call in a timely manner andrepaired or replaced items as neededOur townhome community is twenty years old and when repairs are needed we encourage our residentsto contact us immediately so we can maintain our townhomes and keep them a quality product.According to our records,Mr.*** has never submitted any complaints about bugs or rodents and has never submitted arequest to have his home exterminated or fumigated.We take pride in our community atKalaeloa Rental Homes and we do have groundskeepers on site that maintain the grounds on a daily basis.Please let me know if there is anything else you need from me regarding this complaint
