Kalafatis Enterprises Inc.

Review: two months ago I received recomendations to this Company called Kalafatis enterprises inc. so after interviewing with [redacted] of Kalafatis enterprise. we dicided to make a contract to get two jobs done. One was supposed to have been installing a window into a garage door , and the second was to be enclosining the back of the house under the awning due to the bad weather we have been having lately. the estimated time of this job was scheduled for approximately 3-4 weeks. we are now in the third month of unfinished business. there was exchange of moneys with an agreement of paying the balance at the end of the job. [redacted] stoped reporting for work for a month with a whole list of excuses. Reapeared on the day of a scheduled payment and expected to be payed in full. Kalafatis Enterprises has left my home a wreck. Hazardous conditions all around . Exposed electric wires,no lights the back of my property ,open areas causing substantial floodings when it rains,lots a garbage, and tripping conditions all over the yard . [redacted] made an agreement to come back to fix these conditions, when he did come, he was asked,does he have an electrical license ,he replied no but I know what im doing.Working unsupervised, **. [redacted] took down material , and evidence of doing eletrical work, [redacted] also took from my yard material alredy purchased for this job ,and disappeared. My mom happened to come out of the house and noticed the garbge still on premisses and the van taking off in a rush , she became frightened and called me.Desired Settlement: damages to my property fixed ,lights reinstalled, fix the chopped up work that was done to the window work in the garage door. refund a % of the money paid , and garbage removed from premises. also awning was damaged needs to be replaced. put wires back up on the side of the house.
