Research of our call records for calendar 2017 shows that we placed one call attempt on August 7, 2017 at approximately 6:32 PM (eastern). This call was placed as per DialAmerica’s agreement with the publisher to generate renewals on their behalf. We were calling to renew [redacted] magazine for Mr. [redacted] at the address listed on this complaint. After receiving this complaint, we have added the phone number ###-###-#### to our internal do not call list. Mr. [redacted] should not receive future sales calls from DialAmerica.
