I was in the office for a medical reason and had follow-upsDuring this the Optometrist and I thought it would be a good idea to also get an eye exam after issue clearedSeparate from the medical issue, I continued with the eye examOver a month later they send a bill that reflects no vision insurance was billed but rather they billed my medical insurance which I would have denied if they comminucated what their intentions wereI have tried myself to get resolved but they refuse to bill properlyThey billed medical issues to medicalAlso, they billed a eye exam to medical which they claim is due to how the Optometrist coded which is inaccurateA eye exam is a billable charge to vision insuranceThey refuse to address the problem
