When paying the tuition online, it is an acknowledgement of ALL information [redacted] was referred to me by her cousin, which I do not know the conversation in between them twoI understand some things come up, but what makes her different from a handful of other people that could not attend and she gets her deposit back? A deposit is to hold her spot, I have turned away people because she paid and had her spot reservedI deal with at least 8-students a month, and do not have record of most of our conversation, which I fail to provide to youI, myself would not pay for something online let alone provide my credit card and personal info such as the last of her social which she provided me with to register for the class

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:To whom it may concern,I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused, however, my conversations with Kalani Medical has all been via text messages from day oneI will forward that to you for reviewI also have phone records showing Kalani Medical has never spoke to me, and I know now, that it's not a good idea to do things without something in writingI did not sign a written agreement on a deposit, nor had I ever been referred to her web site, therefore, did not know that it was a non-refundable feeI was not informed of the non-refundable fee until I informed Kalani Medical that I could not attendIn my text conversations with Kalani Medical, she did not offer any alternatives, until she received my complaintI did however, inform Kalani Medical of my intentions to notify the Revdex.com, but I did not threaten her at allAs a matter of fact, I did not appreciate Kalani Medical stating to her students, that I was filing a complaintThis should have been kept confidential as professionalShe claimed that the text she sends out to everyone states a non refundable fee, but in the attachment you'll see, says otherwise Atrached you will find every message that has been sent between Kalani Medical and I Sincerely, [redacted]

I understand some things come up, but what makes her different from a handful of other people that could not attend and she gets her deposit back? A deposit is to hold her spot, I have turned away 2 people because she paid and had her spot reserved. I deal with at least 8-10 students a month, and do not have record of most of our conversation, which I fail to provide to you. I, myself would not pay for something online let alone provide my credit card and personal info such as the last 4 of her social which she provided me with to register for the class.

pay only $200 and the following week she will pay $100. She was referred to me by her cousin. I don't know how she would sign up without getting ALL information, let alone pay someone without understanding. I spoke to her numerous of times and let her know about the nonrefundable fee when she told me she could not attend. I also mentioned to her that I do allow people to change dates if they could not attend the course they signed up for. > > I also apologized to her many of times of the circumstances and I was sorry I couldn't help her. I offered her many alternatives sources as to switching to online and will accommodate her with offering a tuition plan, which she denied and threatened to make a complaint. > > > > Thank you for your time. *
