On 5/my husband and I made a camping reservation with Kalbus Country Harbor for the weekend of 6/3-6/That evening I was informed of a change in my schedule, on 5/we called to cancel our reservation understanding it would be a $fee per the advertising on this business' web siteHowever when the business was informed of our need to cancel the person on the phone scolded both my husband and myself for "wasting his timeHe also informed us he had already charged our credit card $for the reservation (per the website reservations are $5, this is not an event weekend)He then stated he would mail us a check for $40, when asked why not $he stated " That's how it's done." He repeatedly stated we should never have bothered to make a reservation and we had wasted his time
