products and services It is our policy to quickly rectify any amount of dissatisfaction among our guests I have discussed ***'s behavior with the team at our Carondelet location off and on for some months nowFour members of our business' leadership team report that they have asked *** what is wrong with the product he has received All four of the cafe leaders report that ***'s response has been "it sucks, its bad, or shrugs his shoulders." This had been an ongoing situation for several months Our managers have logged several instances of their interactions with *** between the dates 10/4/and 11/12/I can provide you with that documentation if you would like
Our highest priority is to ensure that our guests leave our establishment having received a great experience, a high quality product, in a safe & clean environment We would love to be able to meet and exceed ***'s expectations, however after numerous attempts and inquires we are not sure how to do so
