I am rejecting this response because:d this absolutely was not
a "maintenance issue" a few days after he mulched my beds there was GRASS, not weeds growing. I had another landscaping company come to verify that it in fact was grass.  I would NEVER ask them to come back to WEED my mulch, that is
ridiculous. The mulch was definitely mixed with grass seed.  They used ALL of the truck and went back for 1 more yard at the end. The TRUCKS they used were completely empty when they left so I know they did not use the same trucks of mulch on another house after mine. In all the years ive had
mulch done and done it myself there was never GRASS growing through in areas
where there is absolutely no grass around.
Ive heard several complaints about your company and should have listened before I contracted you. Its surprising that noone took it further to the Revdex.com to get those complaints resolved.

I have been in business for over 39 years. I have removed shrubs, planted new shrubs and spread mulch numerous times over the years. We had weeded the areas before we had spread the mulch that was all the estimate provided to them was for. They had told me we...

did a great job and paid us in full. They then called us back weeks later and complained of weeds and grass coming up through the mulch. This is a maintenance issue, we never discussed maintenance or were we contracted for maintenance.
 
The homeowner claims that grass seed was in the mulch, that is not possible because we had done mulching at 6 to 10 other customers with the same mulch. We had checked with the other customers where the mulching was done, some had weeds, some of them did not have weeds, depending upon there maintenance schedule. Per the estimate provided to the customer they did not ask us to quote them a price for weed pre-emergent due to weeds connected to the original job when a maintenance contract had not been signed.
 
In all of my years in business, I have never had a complaint, we often have customers contact us to let us know that a great job we have done.
