I am about to take kaled infront of a judge and show proof of what have been going on.
Also will file charges for harasssment. Very rude, manager, very rude leasing and if you should complain about a detrimental matter with regards to health, they don't like to hear about it. One of there super does want to do anything. Each time you ask of him he says he is not getting paid enough. Right now I will not say the building. But at the right time they will be exposed on the Media and proof of pictures what they have done to my living conditions. What goes around comes around and you will end up paying more. You have no compassion for people. You have caused tremendous of stress over the years and like I said, you would be surprise the law and justice shall be served. Just wait .

Review: I had a closing on May *, 2014 at kaled Mgmt. I presented bank statements to the employee who represented Kale Management, and the final payments owed to Kaled were paid in full prior to the actual closing date. This was overlooked, and the employee from Kaled sent a bank check in the amount of $1,373.04 to the wrong person. A bank check was mailed to the buyer of the apt, and not to me, the seller. The money is due me, and after two weeks, I still have not received a check. Had Kaled Management sent the check to me, I would not be filing this complaint. Kaled verbally agrees the money belongs to me but Kaled will not state this in a letter, and this makes me feel very uncomfortable. Kaled claims they're unable to stop payment on the check, which is possible, but what the company should have done by now is reimburse me for what I'm legally entitiled to and charge the person (buyer) for the funds. I'm not the one at fault and yet I'm being penalized as each day goes by and still out my money and nothing is being resolved. Yes, they're lawyers involved who attended the closing but Kaled is also held responsible.Desired Settlement: Kaled Management should pay me $1373.04 without any further delay.
