when determining. [redacted] has been the gymnastics director at KODG for 13 years.  The dismissal of this child was for her best interest. The day itself was much too long for the child, she was exhausted and just not ready for this very active, structured atmosphere that is offered. A refund was issued immediately on the day of dismissal for the registration fee as well as all tuition for classes not attended. A follow up email with acknowledgment from the office manager on the refund (also same day) as well as an additional email of apology from the owners assistant was sent to the parent. These situations are always unfortunate, but we have to believe we are always doing what is best for our students.
