My wife purchased a gift card for $160 worth of services as a gift for for the lady that photographed all year for the John Glenn HS Little Muskies Football team. The card was accidentally thrown away. When my wife tried to have a replacement card issued she was told by "Kelly" there was nothing she could do and that we were out of luck. My wife has the original receipt.

Not the way a small town business should operate.
