I am rejecting this response because:The "staff that was hired by the bride" were Kali Kate staff working under the direction of the Kali Kate Wedding Coordinator Regardless of who the contract was with, the Kali Kate staff placed the chairs outside during the rainstorm, resulting in the chairs being damaged Kali Kate should reimburse us for the cost of the damages that were caused as a direct result of their actions

Kali-Kate did not have a contract with the chair company - the contract was between the bride and the rental company.  The staff hired by the bride placed the chair just outside the pavilion so that they wouldn't take up the space where the event was going on.  That was the night...

that the disaster happened in Wimberely and the weather was rentless and you know the result.  It was the decision of chair company not to pick up chairs the next day because it was a holiday and they wanted off.No one told us where to stack the chairs or where not to stack the chairs.Out of good will, we made an arrangement with the chair company to shoulder some of the expense as the [redacted]s expressed they wanted us to do.  The contract with the supplier of the chairs was between the bride and the chair rental company.
