Didnt recieve products or promised refund.
I ordered 2 items on January 16th, 2020. She advised me it would take a couple weeks. After 6 weeks, March 1st, I wrote her to ask how much longer it would be. She rudely told me she wasnt concerned because I didnt need it until my daughters birthday in April, but that she had the pieces and it would be shipped the following week. I wrote her again April 8th, 12th and 15th, only to be ignored, then blocked. My husband wrote her and she then promised a full return on April 19th. It is the 24th and I have not recieved a refund and she has now blocked all contact between my husband and I. After posting a review on her page, a couple other upset customers commented that they had been ripped off as well. One of those being a fund raiser she did not submit funds for.
I would just like my money to be returned.
Due to covid our store was forced to shut down. This customer was fully refunded and cashed the refund cheque provided to her. I have records of this cheque and can provide them for reference.
