Kalispel Hyundai

I could write a book about the issues I've had with green Hyundai, absolutely terrible customer service. I had the general manager yelling at me on the phone an the service department being extremely rude to me. Basically the sum it up I had bought a used vehicle from that that was having a misfire. They had PROMISED me that the issue would be taken care of. I took it to them to repair the problem an not 20 min after the missfire continued. So I took it back 2 more times with the same results. So they had agreed to have Celtic motors look at it an the issue was still not fixed. Now they are telling me that they are done putting money into an I can screw off basically. They had threatened me an lied to me about what gap insurance was. Some expensive items were also misplaced from my car when I took it in for detail, not saying it was stolen or that it was them that took it. ( By the way that's not slander josh) I was a first time buyer so I didn't really have an idea of what I was doing an they took advantage of that. All they did was throw parts at the car an hope it would be fixed. Instead of taking time to get to the root of the problem. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
