I was hit by a driver while cycling, and actually had a [redacted] video of it, so I felt like I was in a good position to negotiate this by myself. I quickly found out that I was in over my head, and after multiple recommendations for Tony Kalka, I engaged him as my attorney. He settled the case for more money than I imagined, and certainly more than I would have gotten on my own. Also... I was barely involved... his team just handled every aspect and basically just delivered checks to me at the end. I can't imagine a better experience... just use Kalka & Baer.
