[redacted] Until I have any proof that in fact my order was sent out I cannot except the response from said business. I went to my credit card as they stated they gave me a full refund and there is nothing there. So no refund has been given as stated as well.

To whom it may concernOur customer [redacted] placed an order 10881 on May 20th. The consultant has to send the product back to our shipping team before we can ship out the entire order in full. We received her 1 item out of 2 on June 2nd and our current shipping...
timeframe is 7-10 business days from the date we received her 1st piece . We have been awaiting for the 2nd piece to arrive. We have had our shipping team send her out the order in full today. We have also provided her with a full refund for this order even though we have shipped the full order out.Thank you for your time!
This order was shipped out and it was Delivered to this Customer on 06-26-17 under USPS tracking number [redacted]. The owner of the Company did process a refund for this account. So this customer received the full refund along with all merchandise she purchased. If she is saying that the refund was not given, we would like to have proof from her credit card company that this was not refunded.Thanks in advance.
