We appreciate Miss *** as a resident here at Black Bear Creek ApartmentsWe take all complaints very seriously and approach each
one with the upmost care and considerationAt this time it has not been confirmed that there are fleas present in the unit in which Miss *** residesInspections/testing has been completed separate times by Bugs Free Pest Control Service and both results came back with zero findings of fleasBefore Miss *** occupied the unit, carpet and padding were replaced with brand new
In regards to any maintenance issues, it is within our findings that all Service Requests given to management have been completed
We strongly encourage all residents to meet with management directly if they feel their units are in need of additional maintenance and/or testing, extermination, etc
In conclusion and to offer, we would like to meet with Miss *** directly to discuss the options that are outlined in the Lease Agreement as well as have an opportunity to correct any issues Miss *** feels are not being treated accurately

I don't accept the response from this business due to the fact that all of the service issue haven't been completedAlso they haven't tried contacting about making the situation right at allThey have been very rude and unprofessional through this whole ordeal.These apartments were a pure rip offI have pictures along with proof of the finds and things of mine that were lost as well
