To whom it may concern: Attached is a copy of the original order that was placed with us for [redacted] and a picture of what was sent to her to fill that order. Our customer service department spoke with Ms. [redacted] two weeks age as she called to discuss an order her daughter had placed with one of...

our independent consultants. Her questions were answered and she was advised to have her daughter call us to take care of the situation however we could, but her issue was with her daughter's order, not hers so we really needed to speak with the proper person. If Ms. [redacted] herself was unhappy with an item it would have glad y been taken care for her but that was never requested by her or discussed. Our company does have a No Return Policy that is stated clearly on our order and exchange forms, but we will honor an exchange of items if necessary. To date no other correspondence has gone on between Ms. [redacted] and our company whether by phone, email or request for an exchange of items.

To whom it may concern, In response to Ms. [redacted]'s comments I can only reiterate our company policy which is clearly imprinted on our order forms and exchange forms that states no refunds. (a copy was sent to you in our last fax) We do not offer refunds because we are a party plan company where commissions have already been paid out to the individual contractors, which in this case was Nancy. We do gladly exchange items if there is a dissatisfaction. Kalypso TwistZ would gladly exchange the bracelet that Ms. [redacted] received for another item of the same value from our catalog, or even replace this bracelet with the additional safety hooks on the sides. It is exactly the same style as what she received just a different clasp. To address the issues with Nancy who held her jewelry therapy session, those would have to be taken up with her as she is an independent contractor. We absolutely do not condone the actions that occurred between Ms. [redacted] and Nancy and would hope that no one ever represents our company in this way in the future, We have taken steps on our end to address this, but again the issues Ms. [redacted] has need to be addressed with Nancy herself. And lastly, again, all of our jewelry in stock clearly is branded with Kalypso TwistZ somewhere on the product. We are in no way connected to or a part of [redacted].

The order was placed on 5/3/15 and shipped on 5/11/15 with one item on backorder. Anytime there is a backorder the customer receives a notestating that  as soon as we receive the merchandise in house it will be shipped out immediately.On 6/10/15 we received the items in our...

office but they were defective and returned to our distributor to be remade. At that time we knew itwould be approximately 30 days for the new pieces. ALL of our customers that were on our backorder list were called on that day with the option ofwaiting....receive an upgrade to a more expensive earring...or have a credit to their account for another item. The uplines also made contactwith them as well to ensure quality customer service. On 7/6/15 this customer called our customer service line to ask about her backorder. She was informed that they had arrived this morning and would go out in the mail today. This was unacceptable to her as she wanted a full refund and was going to return all products to us and wanted her money back now. I explained our exchange/return policy to her which is also state on her order form.  Before this complaint was ever filed she was informed that she would be receiving a full refund for all products she had purchased.The customer is receiving the desired settlement in full from her upline without issue.

I  think this "company" is a disgrace!  Even if I can't get my money back and return the junk jewelry, at least it is noted on the Revdex.com website so people  in the future will not be screwed the way I was.  I was sold a bracelet that I did not order and it wasn't the bracelet that was displayed and it wasn't the bracelet that was in the catalogue. Also, they have independent  rep. that are doing their own  thing and making up fees and charges for "free" vacations and  they don't have an issue with that.  What kind of company does not stand behind their  merchandise?  Hmmm that would be a shady company.......Kalypso Twistz.  Their independent rep. misrepresents the merchandise and then the customer is left holding the bag of garbage/jewelry.  All I  wanted is what I  ordered, a quality bracelet with an extra safety clasp to which I got neither.  I paid a  $25 one time service fee for my "free" vacation that I  was told would only cost me $11.00 a day for tax and everything she told me was a lie.  I called the company the travel  is through and they told me there is no $25 one  time service fee.  Oh yes, but that's not Kalyso Twistz responsibility it's the rep's.  They  say to contact Nancy.  Seriously this woman is crazy.  There  is no talking to this woman.  She  thinks  she is the VP of the company.  That's how she  represents herself and there is no talking to this woman.  My  daughter tried several times to resolve things with her and she in turn ended up  sending her threatening text messages.  This whole experience has been horrible.  It's companies like Kalypso Twistz that give legit home party companies a bad name.  This whole thing has made me sick.  They lied with the first response to you saying I contacted them about my daughter and not about my bracelet.  It's funny my daughter received a letter from them last week stating "your mother contacted us regarding her bracelet".  REALLY?  And this was right after they responded to you  saying I never contacted them  about my dissatisfaction with the bracelet.  This whole thing is going no where, but one good thing it will be on your website for future potential customers for Kalypso Twistz.  BUYER BEWARE!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.  IT'S NOT THEIR JEWELRY AND IT  IS JUNK!!!!!

To whom it may concern, Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the complaint filed with you. Kalypso Twistz received a message on August 20, 2015 from [redacted] regarding an order she had placed with us through a KT independent contractor on July 30, 2015. She stated that she had not...

received her order yet and would like to know where it was. According to tracking records the package was delivered by USPS to the address that she provided us with on August 30, 2015. I called and spoke with her on the same date, August 30, and provided her with all the information regarding her shipment including the tracking number. I advised her to call her post office to report the information as they would be able to help her. She repeatedly told me that she just wanted us to give her money or more jewelry and she was tired of waiting. Our company heard nothing more from [redacted] about the issue and we were under the assumption she had found the package. Kalypso Twistz received a call from [redacted] again on December 2, 2015. She stated she had not received her package and it had been 6 months and she wanted us to do something about it. She also said that she had filed a police report to which she wanted us to respond to and that her mail carrier the day of delivery was a temporary and the post office told her that it was put in the wrong box where she lives. I again told her that our insurance does not cover theft and there was nothing on our end that we could do to help with that situation. She would have to file a theft complaint with her post office. [redacted] called back 2 more times after that with a different variation of events on her end each time. The last conversation I had with her she wanted to speak with someone above me. Our Operations Director, [redacted], spoke with her the next day, December 3 and gave her the same information and advice that I had provided her with on each conversation prior to this date. After [redacted] spoke with her, [redacted] stated she was eating and someone would have to call her back. I have attached the original order form with a photo of what was shipped to her and the tracking number with the delivery date to her residence on it.
