Order was placed when prior owner Dan R[redacted] owned the website.  Prior owner is responsible for refunds, exchanges, and open orders prior to September 26, 2016.  As the new owner I have been working with the customer to get resolution from the prior owner but we have not been able to get...

any response.  It is not my responsibility to take care of prior orders but I told the customer that if we could not get the prior owner to resolve this I would make it right and issue him a refund.  Customer is unhappy with the time frame and I can understand that, but I requested time to try and resolve this with the prior owner.  If not resolved with the prior owner by the end of the year I will issue the customer a refund to make him right.

Prior owner Dan sold the business on 9/26/2016 and was responsible for prior sales, refunds, returns and unfinished business.  Prior owner has walked away and has not been taking care of outstanding issues.

There's no denying the items were in stock.  Unfortunately they were in Canada and there is no control over how long something takes to clear customs.  You canceled the order the day I informed you it was leaving CT in route to you.  As stated before, a refund has never been denied, but there is a process that must be completed.  The truck is expected to arrive tomorrow at which time we will inspect and bring the material back into inventory.  Once we get the freight cancellation charges, we will have all the information in which to issue you the correct refund.
