Revdex.com:I have Received the check on August 24,2017.I am satisfied that I have finally received the refund.Just for the record check was made on August 15,but was mailed at a later date with a post mark of August 22,2017.I truly believe that this could have been resolved from the first date of my request to refund and not several months later.Thank youP.Sif you do cancel the please let me know in advance that you will be mailing another check to me

The purchase price would have remained the same regardless of the application of the second treatmentThe majority of the cost is due to the warranty which ensures we will re-treat her home within the specified period at no additional cost if drywood activity reappearsWhile we understand her
frustration with the miscommunication, the services agreed upon were renderedDrywood termite activity was eradicated from her home using orange oil and her warranty remains active For clarification, the technicians will not apply orange oil where it is not needed (as indicated where the water rot was located)However, if she does notice drywood termite activity within the period of her warranty we will happily send an inspector to verify and treat the home Mahalo!
