I reviewed [redacted] account and contacted him on Monday, February *, 2017 to discuss his account in detail.  [redacted] is aware that the PAFCU representative gave incorrect information about the status of his leased auto account to Fusion Auto Finance.  [redacted] is...

aware he is responsible to pay three-payments and late fees for $1,335.69.  I have contacted Fusion Auto Finance and made them aware of the discrepancy.  Fusion has was assured us that his account will updated to reflect the correct information.  I have also have made a notation on his auto leased account with us to reflect the updated information.
