I was driving behind them on my hour journey from TX to CAWe were somewhere in New Mexico when we got behind themThe driver did not secure the magnetic brake lights to the car he was towing properly, and they were being dragged down the highway, bouncing down the road and creating sparksThe driver either wasn't paying attention or didn't care he was dragging somethingeven though the sparks were pretty bright and pretty constantWe came to a construction area, where the highway went down to one lane and we were forced to drive behind themThe magnetic tow lights hit the temporary K wall on the left side of the highway, detached from its wiring, and flew at my windshieldThe impact dented the hood and cracked the windshieldWe followed them until they got off the highway on EMotel Road in Deming New Mexico and tried to flag them downThe driver pretended not to see us and kept driving, but not before I got the name and number off the side of the truckI left a message that night, at around 2:00am, and I sent them a message via FacebookI know the Facebook message was seen the very next dayIt's now been days, and I have not been contactedIt seems to me that the company wants to act like the incident never happened, and from one of the reviews I've seen here, it pretty much seems like their M.O So here's the moral of the storyIf they aren't even going to make an effort to call and investigate this incident, then how are they going to treat you and your vehicle? I wouldn't let these people tow my kid's big wheel

I was driving behind them on my 20 hour journey from TX to CA. We were somewhere in New Mexico when we got behind them. The driver did not secure the magnetic brake lights to the car he was towing properly, and they were being dragged down the highway, bouncing down the road and creating sparks. The driver either wasn't paying attention or didn't care he was dragging something... even though the sparks were pretty bright and pretty constant. We came to a construction area, where the highway went down to one lane and we were forced to drive behind them. The magnetic tow lights hit the temporary K wall on the left side of the highway, detached from its wiring, and flew at my windshield. The impact dented the hood and cracked the windshield. We followed them until they got off the highway on E. Motel Road in Deming New Mexico and tried to flag them down. The driver pretended not to see us and kept driving, but not before I got the name and number off the side of the truck. I left a message that night, at around 2:00am, and I sent them a message via Facebook. I know the Facebook message was seen the very next day. It's now been 8 days, and I have not been contacted. It seems to me that the company wants to act like the incident never happened, and from one of the reviews I've seen here, it pretty much seems like their M.O.
So here's the moral of the story... If they aren't even going to make an effort to call and investigate this incident, then how are they going to treat you and your vehicle?

I wouldn't let these people tow my kid's big wheel.
