I am rejecting this response because:i didn't sign anything that had any righting on it just a delivery board that was a black box
Regards,if that were the case why didn't they have me sign a no return policy at the storeill tell you why, they did something without the ok from boss and trying to stick it to me, would not have signed any papers I told them at the store I want to sit in to see if I liked itthey said no problem we do this all the time and if you didn't like it we can showcase it .the whole problem started when thy told me they had the exact modal# of recliner in their store and I drove miles just to see if I liked it surprisingly they just must have sold it but they can get it.they asked me by phone days later if I bought any furniture yet and I said no that's when they started all this

To Whom it may concern:I've attached a photo of what the customer had to sign as well as the letter sent to Mrand Mrs***The customer clearly signed the delivery receipt on our tablet which stated 1.Customer has fully inspected all merchandise and is received in good conditionNo refunds
or exchanges on all merchandise received in good conditionI have read and fully understand these policies.The customer accepted the furniture into his home and signed the delivery receiptThe following day, Mrand Mrs*** decided they do not like the merchandise and wanted us to pick up and refund their moneyHowever, we do not have a return policy on furniture received in perfect conditionThere were no manufacturer's defect, therefore at this time we are unable to refund the customer their money.Please see attachments
