***, The [redacted] Clay Wall Sculpture (Lot ***) sold in our May 17th auction for $Checks for this sale will be mailed by July 16, There is no evidence to support any damage to the [redacted] on the part of [redacted] The item was placed in its original packing material before being returnedThe oil painting was wrapped in bubble wrap, and placed in a box with packing peanuts for added protectionYou never stated any physical damage to the painting had occurred, which leaves me perplexed as to why the item’s packing was called into questionWe had no desire to ship either of the items back to Florida on your behalf since it is not a service that we offerShipping for all buyers and sellers is conducted via a third-partyI stated this to you and you insisted that I ship the items back to you via the [redacted] Aside from the aforementioned postal carrier and the request for tracking information, there were no additional instructions or requests made for shippingThe tracking information was provided to you via email as requestedThere was ample time between the email delivery of the tracking information and the delivery of the items for you to arrange for yourself or a representative to be present on the day of their deliveryIf the [redacted] was incorrect in their reporting of the time of delivery, then it is they who are at fault for any heat induced damage to the paintingFortunately, the shipment was insured in the case of any damage during transportation I have attached a copy of the sales summary that will accompany your check when payment for this auction is mailed outAs far as the [redacted] ’s are concerned, it is my belief that it is in the best interest of both parties if you were to seek the services of a different auction houseI believe [redacted] is in your areaSincerely, [redacted] Kaminski Auctions [redacted]

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #[redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. Evidence was sent on each item showing damage after return not before. Common sense and common law requires a signature on receipt of goods when shipped. Had this been done on the Victorian painting, it would not have been left in the sun to warp the relined canvas. Yes, [redacted]'s department caused the damage to the Tieopol 18th century etching.A little sarcasm thinking I would allow any other works of art to grace your establishment after this experience was not called for.I have been contacted by Mr. Kaminski, and a resolve is in the works.  Mr. Kaminski from Kaminski Auctions had called me and offered a settlement of $300.00 to cover the costs of the repairs on the [redacted] and Victorian portrait painting on Monday August 10, 2015. But he failed to respond to the Revdex.com complaint on line as his general manager's responce had not made an offer. To date, no payment has been received from Mr. Kaminski.Thank you Revdex.com.Regards,[redacted]
