Sincerely, [redacted] You are a liar Charlie! That mat did not touch the side of the tub. I sent you a video and pictures to prove that. You are a dishonest man and of course you did not show all of the text messages from the beginning. I have seen all the complaints from the other people you cheated! That is why you only want cash. You cannot patch that tub. The sanding was not done right and the sides are rough where you did not smooth the tub and the paint was not done correctly because there are bubbles in the tub. All around where he did a crappy rush job. You sent me a text saying “he will be there tomorrow 12-2” You did not ask when it was convenient for me, knowing that I work. You do not care about your customers you are a horrible person and I would never allow you or your people back into my home to make it worse. I have to hire a reputable company to do the work all over again. I learned a valuable lesson. That is to check out everyone first before I hire them. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. You should be ashamed of yourself. ! If I can help it, I will make sure that you get no business. I will put complaints about you all over the internet. Karma will find you and your sham of a business. This will never be resolved until you do the right thing.

Hello, All, She claims I ruined her tub, but infact she ruined her tub by using a bathtmatAnd the area she is complaining about is a man made scratch, as you can see in her picture not a defect in the refinishing process, I offered to send the same guy back when he has time to fix, her scratch for free, but I was not fast enough for herI am still offering to go back for free, but I will not be giving her one penny backPlease look at the text she wrote ma attached, I have to deal with and how people act when they don't get their way right away, even when a business does nothing wrong, We get bad reviews because I wont go back fast enough for free for her man made damages

We never told her we would remove the paper around the tub, or put back the shower doors. The tub refinishing needs to dry for 24 hours before the paper can be removed and the shower doors put back, If she likes for a extra $95. we will go back to handle this. Most people don't want to spend the... extra money for 5 minutes of work. She paid $300. to refinish her tub.

In good faith we are willing to fix the scratch we did not causeWe're rendered a service, not a product that she can return for her money back, we did not cause the scratch

A customer shouldn't have to tell a professional service provider to put things back the way they were before he or she started the workThe unnamed man didn't just remove my shower doors, he ripped off the rubber strips and another L shaped piece I had no clue where it belonged until after I researchedNo one informed me BEFOREHAND that this was going to be doneOnce I questioned him he told me to just have my super do itSince when does a super clean up a professional company's mess? This company is beyond unprofessional and inconsiderateIt wasn't a five minute job to remove the tape, the paper, go and purchase silicone adhesive, try to figure out how the strip is put on correctly, where the hell that L shaped piece went, then attempt to carry the glass shower doors and try to hook them on by myself--I'm a female with two small children running aroundAgain, besides failure to inform me that they ripped off stuff and basically uninstalled my shower doors, the unnamed man did a half fast job since he was rushing to his next appointmentThere's hard bubble.specks in my tub, not smooth at allHe painted my truffle colored grout along my tub as well so all the taping served no purposeI'm shocked on the unprofessionalism seen by his statements, no apology and his only resolution waa to come back and charge me MORE money to fix and finish a job? WOW.
