You brought the window in on September 23rd, and it was ordered the same dayWe told you it will take up to weeks to get in, and once received we will have it installed the same dayWe found out on September 29th that our supplier never received the order, at which point we reordered itThis is
why there was a six day delayWe called to let you know the window will be in on October 15th, you obviously was not happy with that and that's when you started to berate the callerOn October 15th the window came in and was re-installed the same day You were called to say it was finished, at which point you stated oh finally and hung the phone up on the receptionist while she was talkingYou came in on October 16th to pick the window up from the second you walked in the door you had an attitude and was very disrespectfulBefore the payment on your card was run through you stated there was a piece missing which is why you never received a receipt because it was never paid for in the first placeThe receptionist told you the worker would look for it when he came back to the shopYou took the unpaid for window and left

Review: Took a window in for new glass. Was delayed for weeks, Was given two excuses for delay. When I got the call to pick it up I said it's finally done and person who called laughed at me. Picked up window and one of the release levers at top of window was missing. I was told it was never there, witch was wrong. Both levers were on the window when brought in for repair. Receptionist was very rude and made no apologizes for anything and just tried to get rid of me. She didn't even give me a receipt for the work done. I would never recommend this company to anyone.Desired Settlement: Want lever replaced or discount because we have to have it fixed. I also want an apologize from someone for being treated so RUDE.

We found out on September 29th that our supplier never received the order, at which point we reordered it. This is why there was a six day delay. We called to let you know the window will be in on October 15th, you obviously was not happy with that and that's when you started to berate the caller. On October 15th the window came in and was re-installed the same day.
