I am rejecting this response because: That is an unacceptable work practice and I was not told that it was shredded when asked about it the first time I feel that the property management needs to accountable and professional when handling tenants' paperwork

I want Moanalua Hillside Apartments to locate my missing paperwork (by contacting their former employee *** if they need to) and renew my lease at the $per month rate that I was already approved forI want the office to do an accurate calculation of my income and not inflate my numbers to make me ineligibleI want the office to acknowledge that I am a member of the military reserve and that the paystubs from the army national guard need to be calculated accurately.We shredded the original paperwork submission in errorSince then *** *** has resubmitted copies of the original paperwork and we are currently processing the re-certification following the appropriate guidelines for the affordable programWe acknowledge that *** *** is a member of the military reserve

[redacted]I would like my "lost" sensitive paperwork located by them contacting their former employee, [redacted].  Also, I would like them to process the paperwork that I resubmitted August 4th and renew my lease.  Moanalua Hillside Apartments did not address the issue about losing the paperwork containing SSNs, full names, addresses, and other sensitive information about myself and my family.  I submitted the low income reverification paperwork to their employee, [redacted], on June 3rd and was told that our lease renewal would be good to go; however, Moanalua Hillside Apartments claims to have lost it.  I would like them to contact [redacted] and locate the missing paperwork.  Furthermore, I would like them to renew my lease.V/R,[redacted]

Problem: On July 24, Oahu was hit by tropical storm [redacted]. Moanalua Hillside Apartments had hired a general contractor, Unlimited Construction Inc, to construct temporary parking lots throughout the property months prior to the storm. The temporary parking lot construction required that inlet...

protection devices be put into the storm drains along [redacted]. The contractor that Moanalua Hillside Apartments hired completed the temporary parking lot in June, but chose to leave the inlet protection devices in the storm drains long after the parking lot completion, and even left them in the storm drains after a tropical storm warning had been posted for the island. Due to the inlet protection devices being left in the storm drain, the drainage was blocked on the street and my car was flooded with over 15 gallons of water. My car no longer works and I do not have transportation to my job. Moanalua Hillside Apartments did not do the necessary storm preparations and hold their hired contractor accountable for completing post-construction cleanup.TranslateDesired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution: RefundRefundselectDesired Outcome: I want to be reimbursed for the value of my car, $3000.
