I was cold called by a salesman today who identified himself as Brad H [redacted] , representing Wes Promotions out of Phoenix, AZHe asked to speak with the owner, whom was not availableI stated that, as the manager of the store, I would be more than able to help him with anything he requiredHe became hostile at this point, arguing with me as to whether or not that was true and demanding to talk to the ownerI told him that if he did not want to talk to me, then he would not talk to anyoneI told him that I did not want them calling back, and asked to please take me off their calling listHe immediately calls back, and when I pick up, he doesn't say anything, just hangs upHe tries to call in again, while I am on Line 1, so at this point, he is tying up both of our two linesI hang up on Line and pick up Line He says, "why did you call me?" I told him that I did not call him, that he was in violation of my rights, as I had asked him to not call again and that I would be reporting these calls to the FCC and pursuing the fine associated with unsolicited, harassing sales callsI told him not to call me again, to remove my phone number from his list and hung up He calls a fourth time, and when I pick up he says, "So, how much was the fine? I've got a thousand dollars, so how many more times do I have to call to take it up?" I tell him that what he is doing constitutes harassment, this is the third call after I told him not to call us anymore, and I will be pursuing the full amount of fine, up to $per callI told him not to call me again and hung upNo further calls have come through from their company as of the writing of this complaintI have filed a complaint with the FCC and will seek to sue for violation of U.S.C, Title 47, Chapter 5, Sub chapter 2, Part 1, Section 227, Commonly known as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act

I stated that, as the manager of the store, I would be more than able to help him with anything he required. He became hostile at this point, arguing with me as to whether or not that was true and demanding to talk to the owner. I told him that if he did not want to talk to me, then he would not talk to anyone. I told him that I did not want them calling back, and asked to please take me off their calling list.
He immediately calls back, and when I pick up, he doesn't say anything, just hangs up. He tries to call in again, while I am on Line 1, so at this point, he is tying up both of our two lines. I hang up on Line 1 and pick up Line 2. He says, "why did you call me?" I told him that I did not call him, that he was in violation of my rights, as I had asked him to not call again and that I would be reporting these calls to the FCC and pursuing the fine associated with unsolicited, harassing sales calls. I tell him that what he is doing constitutes harassment, this is the third call after I told him not to call us anymore, and I will be pursuing the full amount of fine, up to $500 per call. I told him not to call me again and hung up. No further calls have come through from their company as of the writing of this complaint. I have filed a complaint with the FCC and will seek to sue for violation of 47 U.S.C. , Title 47, Chapter 5, Sub chapter 2, Part 1, Section 227, Commonly known as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

The generator was installed just like all of our other installs. The generator was installed and worked fine for the first year then all of a sudden the customer had issues with it, not sure what they may have done to change it, but it was 100% in working order after the initial install. As far as...

the battery, we installed a better battery than they recommend, that is why the battery was not what it shows in the manual. The oil is not our responsibility, it says in the manual what is recommended for oil, we are an dealer and installer not a service rep, so what oil to use for oil changes is up to the customer or an authorized service rep. Almost every install has the flexible gas line 'flexing' or bending, that is what makes it so handy, they recommend not bending it but they don't say that the generator will not operate with it bent. We are not sure what the owner had changed sense install, that the generator needed a regulator added at a later time, but the plumber that does our gas piping went out and installed one. I have no idea how that much cost could be accrued but we do not feel it is our responsibility to pay it, sense the generator operated just fine for the first year, which is what our warranty is, then it falls on Generac for warranty issues. We did what we could do to help, but there is no reason for constantly going back to service something that was installed correctly the first time. One thing to remember is there are a lot of recommended things with a generator, not all have to be done. We have installed 30 + and have had no issues. If we would have been contacted within a timely fashion saying that the generator was not operating correctly we would have been able to correct any problems but it wasn't until a year later, and now a to file this complaint 2 years after is very ridiculous.
