This letter is in regards to the response from Hunters Glen Apartments regarding a complaint from [redacted] We appreciate the opportunity to respond to Ms [redacted] ’s concerns Ms [redacted] and her roommate entered into a rental contract together in December As of this date (February 11, 2016) no one has entered our rental office to apply to be added to their rental contract I did mention to Ms [redacted] ’s roommate that there was a roommate release addendum but both parties had to be here to sign and agree to the addendum We did agree on a time and date for them to come into the rental office to take care of this Prior to the appointment Ms [redacted] ’s roommate called me and wanted me to explain to him what the roommate addendum meant I explained to him that the addendum would state that one roommate would release the other roommate from the contract and therefore would be taking full responsibility for the remaining contract I stated to Ms [redacted] ’s roommate that if there were to be any changes to our appointment to be sure to contact her as well as myself Ms [redacted] did enter into the leasing office at 2:pm (our scheduled time) About minutes later I asked Ms [redacted] if she had heard from her roommate She stated that she had not and that her phone was dead I offered to call him She agreed When I called was only able to leave a messageMs [redacted] s roommate did not show up for the appointment I would also like to take this time to clear up any confusion or misunderstandings During the span of 2:-2:pm I was conducting business with contractors for Hunters Glen Also the lady that was in the office was not *** I of course am available to Ms [redacted] should she have any questions or concerns If you have any further questions or need further action regarding this situation, please do not hesitate to contact me at the Hunters Glen Office

This letter is in response to Ms***'s second response. I appreciate the opportunity to resolve Ms***'s concerns. As I mentioned in my first response no one has entered the office to apply to be added to the rental contract. I was not aware that Ms***'s roommate was not going to show up for our appointment. I apologize if there was any confusion or misunderstanding. Ms. *** did come back to my office on February 17th. I asked if the lady in my office was the same lady she saw during our first appointment. She stated yes. I told her the name of the lady and explained that her name was not ***I agree with Ms***, there were three females in the office. Myself and female contractors. I hope this response satisfies Ms*** and wish her the best

I am rejecting this response because: I DID NOT bring in a person that was to take over my lease because during all of HER, "STAYING OUT" of this situation she had informed my ex-roommate that he did not have to accept the person I pickedThey were not going to come all the way to Hunter's Glen to be rejectedThat's common senseIf the rental manager knew before I arrived that it was to be postponed WHY did she allow me to wait minutes, before asking if I wanted to reschedule? Foolishness is why Also, *** was in the office, she kept opening the door to see if we left, MY daughter can attest to thatThere were three females in the office

Ms. [redacted] and her roommate entered into a rental contract together in December 2015.  As of this date...

(February 11, 2016) no one has entered our rental office to apply to be added to their rental contract.

Ms. [redacted]s roommate did not show up for the appointment. 
I would also like to take this time to clear up any confusion or misunderstandings.  During the span of 2:00 -2:20 pm I was conducting business with contractors for Hunters Glen.  Also the lady that was in the office was not [redacted].
