I contacted Kamrell Windows after previously working with a window company [redacted] that PGT referred me to regarding a warranty issue on a PGT Impact picture windowKamrell knew exactly how to locate the right information to order the correct glass and handle the warranty issueThey even located and provided me with my original purchase invoice from The correct replacement glass was immediately ordered and they worked within my schedule to install itGreat service! The previous window company treated me as though they were doing me a favor to work with meThey even stated they were doing me and PGT a favor processing a warranty claim on my behalfThis window company accomplished nothing in the 3-month time frame they hadIt was also stated to me that they would have to schedule me in when they did not have other work to doNice business practice in customer service! They were never able to correctly identify the existing thickness of glass to order the replacement glass through PGTI managed to get this glass thickness information working with PGT customer service myselfIt was as simple as reading the PGT logo on the existing glass to the PGT customer service rep.This is when I decided to use Kamrell The end result was that Kamrell handled the window order, removal and replacement professionally and neatlyThey kept me informed from the beginning and made the process pleasantI would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to any of my friends or family

Kamrell Windows & Doors did such a great job right from the beginning with salesman Kenny all the way to the pricing and installation of our new windows We were very careful at getting several quotes on our new PGT Hurricane Impact Windows The pricing was fairly close but had that gut feeling that Kamrell Windows would do the best job for us The installers were very careful at taking out our old windows and installing the new windows Very Professional crew We are looking to still have a very large Sliding door installed in and will definitely will be calling Kamrell Windows & Doors.GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH

My PGT Impact resistant windows seal has broken. I contacted PGT and Kamrell Windows and Doors. Kamrells response was immediate. Within a few hours they had contacted PGT and ordered the replacement window..

I was impressed to say the least.
