Good Afternoon, This is a response to the complaint filed by [redacted]. Kamron Property Group, Inc is my corporation that I opened to handle all of our rental properties that my family and I own in CA, AZ, & NV. We have over 20 homes that we own...
personally and we handle all matters pertaining our homes with in the corporation. [redacted] was interested in one of the homes that was listed for rent in the Waterbridge community. I handled her case like I would any other tenant. All of my contact information is readily available, there is no need for me or my company to "scam" anyone. We have not had any complaints since we have been in operations. This situation came up as she mentioned she gave her information & the $40 credit / background check fee. I let all potential tenants know that it can take up to 72 hours to receive a response, I have a message letting her know this as well. Unfortunately, an incident came up and I had to be taken into the emergency room and was there from 8 something in the morning till after 4 pm in the afternoon. I was instructed to bed rest for a couple of days. Later that evening [redacted] text me, I was sleep. When I awoke and saw the messages on my phone that she had left I was very much taken aback. She was very crude and accusatory in her message, which was out of line and disrespectful. I tried to explain the situation to her without getting too personal and when she would not seem to have any sense that people have things happen, I told her that I was rushed to the emergency room as I just had a miscarriage. I unfortunately could not control that situation and at that point I had to take care of me. I am the business and things will come up that I can not control, but the way this matter was handled was absolutely uncalled for. If paperwork for my emergency room visit is needed, I am happy to provide to put this complaint to rest. I told her I would discard her information, no one was trying to scam her, which has been properly discarded. She was 1 day past her 72 hours and decided she wanted to behave irrationally. I am the corporation, and the only person that would be able to address her issue is me. I will not do business with someone of that caliber, our company is not desperate for clients or tenants. When I turned her away is when she became even more aggressive and made threatening comments of taking my business down and coming after me (I do have these messages saved). I would not refund her her $40 as we pay for the credit checks to be done and they are non-refundable. No other monies were collected and no other information was asked for of her. And all of her information was properly discarded as we do not scam or steal people's identity or money. As being a victim to identity theft myself I understand the importance of persevering someone's identity & sensitive information. This situation is unfortunate and did not need to come to this, but I will not tolerate someone constantly behaving in such an unbecoming manner. ---Best Regards
