Kan Plumb & Handyman Services Reviews (6)

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  I was satisfactory with the installation at the scene because the problem was not revealed until when I tried to replace the pre-filter which happened almost one year after the installation.Disconnecting and reconnecting the flex costs me time and money (to buy the sealing tape) and introduces leaking risks (as I am not a professional plumber). The word "easy", which might be the case for a professional plumber who I had well paid, is not the case for me. Replacing the pre-filter should not include any steps of changing the pipes that have been installed. And this is an achievable (and "easy" if [redacted] admits that) goal when the pipe was installed, as long as he could have paid more attention (as little as 1 inch more space) to the planning of the pipes. Unfortunately, he did not manage that. For sure he was familiar with the system, especially for the pre-filter as he told me how to replace it.What I want is pretty clear: bring up a solution so that I don't have to dis- and re-connect the pipe(s) and/or do any other unnecessary steps to replace the pre-filter. Below are the options I could think of. I would be happy if the business could give any better resolutions.1. Re-install the system.2. Every time I need to replace the pre-filter (twice a year as recommended by the manufacture), the business does the dis-connection and re-connection of the flex (replacing the pre-filter is my part) as complementary customer service.
Regards,[redacted]

I installed this system over a year ago, I was never informed of any problems until recently, when the system was installed the customer was very happy with all of the work. Now he wants the return line moved, the line is on a one inch flex line that make replacement of the pre filter very easy.I do...

not know what he would like me to do.

I will not be doing any work for this customer.
