Hellow TV is unethical an unfair business that does not provide the services they promise, wont let customers cancel the service and get the money back. Their own employees have committed fraudulent activities and they emailed their customers about that. What can they expect from employees if this is how they treat their customers!
In Feb. 2019, Hellow TV rep persistently called me for days, asking me to give the business a chance with TV device for $240 plus $15 per month $180 pre paid yearly subscription after one month trial. He assured me that the programming I asked him about in regional languages is available and It is money back guarantee. Their first device did not work as expected, server was down for two weeks in the trial month. After couple of months of trouble shooting on my end for hours with their tech support (Sameer and Seema), they admitted device is not working well and sent me second device which supposedly was the improved version. With this new device, it was not much different and the programming (urdu serials, Pujabi Tv has no preview, channel info, files missing) was not still missing. In May I asked them to refund my money which was $420 that I paid to them. They asked told me to it would done in a month. When I followed up with them they wont let me cancel but still could not provide the programming. In July, they gave me six month free and emailed me that if I did not like the programming/service, I could get full refund. In August, I followed up thru Skype again asking about the programming and they never responded to my message on Skype. At that time, I filed a dispute with bank. They have cancelled my service ONLY after six months of usage even though I have paid for a full year and the reason for that is because they are UPSET about customer exercising their rights to dispute because they themselves push the customer to that point by not LETTING THEM CANCEL AS THEY PROMISE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

Customer’s Name: J *** Customer’s Contact Number: The customer ordered an android H3 device from us on February 2nd, 2019 and paid us $240. She received the device in the next 3-5 business days and started using the 1-month free subscription that was provided to her. On March 8th, 2019 she signed up with us for Annual subscription of our services for $180 as she was satisfied with the services that we had offered and promised when she first became a customer of HellowTv. On April 30th, 2019 we sent the customer an upgraded H5 Prime Device as a replacement of the H3 device that she’d previously taken because she wanted so and we didn’t charge any amount at all for this replacement and in return only requested her to ship the previous device to us by herself. She currently has both the devices, i.e., H3 and H5 Prime with her while she’d only paid for one. Also, due to the duration of 15 days where there were some issues with our services, we gave her 6 extra months of free subscription to our services stating that we would like her to continue being a customer of HellowTv. She used our services continuously for 6 months and then disputed the charge of $180 stating that she wasn’t delivered all that was promised. The customer had made the payment herself by her choice. She made the second payment after having seen the services that were available. She decided to stay as a customer by her own choice and we did offer her benefits to retain her as a customer which any company offering services would, however, it was her who had decided to stay as a customer and use those benefits. Additionally, she also filed a claim with Paypal through which she paid and we Paypal just finished reviewing the case and ruled in our favor and if you need and I can submit a proof of that. As per our refund policy, if a customer does not like the service then you will have to contact us and return the device and once we receive it, the customer will get the refund but currently, she has both the devices the old and new one and subscription srevice is active on her device. MISSTATEMENT OF FACTS

1.Second device was sent because first device was faulty. I did not ask for it. Representative Sameer offered it to me because they could not get the first device to work and offer the FULL programming as promised. Additionally, all that programming was not available even with this new device even up to the filing of dispute.

2. Six months extension was offered on Jul. 3 and not at the time of sending me the second device or for the server being down for approximately 1-15 day in the first month which was trial. At that time they gave me me extension of 15 days. I have an email and attaching that email here. As per this email, they gave me six months so that THEY COULD PROVIDE the full programming and then my one year subscription would kick in. I gave them a month, texted Sameer on Skype on Aug. 1 that the requested programming was still not there. NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE IN RESPONSE. On Aug. 27/28, I called again, talked to Seema again about programming. Instead of addressing the issue, she was asking about the first device back which I will address in the next bullet point.

3. My FIRST REQUEST to cancel the service was made in end of March when they instead insisting on sending me and trying out the second/improved device and wanted to give them more time as they were a new business and were having difficulty. They begged for more time, sent me second device and by then I had spent hours with tech support via video calls and was not happy about that and wanted to opt out. I had already paid them $420 dollars ($240 for the device and $180) for one year subscription.

4. Second device still did not provide the Urdu serials, had issues with TV programming not showing the preview or label, files missing, programs not uploaded timely.

5. Unsatisfied, I spoke in detail with Seema again in beginning of June that I wanted to cancel. After lot of insistence in every possible way, she told me it would take 4 weeks and she has talked to management. I was out of country and came back and followed up with Seema in the beginning of July who was still not giving me any answer and wanted me to pay for six months but there was nothing in writing that she was sending me but reluctant about the process of refund. Sameer called me again and same concern about the FULL REQUESTED PROGRAMMING was my issue. He sent me an email with six month extension and requested that I give company the time to fix it. I gave them till Aug. 1, contacted them, did not hear back, contacted again on Aug. 27. Since nothing was getting done and they were not letting me cancel either, I disputed the charges. I HAD TOLD SEEMA AND SAMEER MULTIPLE TIMES THAT IF THEY DID NOT LET ME CANCEL, I WILL GO THIS ROUTE BUT THEY DID NOT LISTEN.

Cancelled MY SERVICE AFTER SIX MONTHS AND TOOK ONE YEAR SUBSCRIPTION -PAYPAL dispute - PayPaL resolved the dispute in favor of Kanak Consulting but they are so UNETHICAL THAT they DISCONNECTED my services even though dispute was in their favor. That night my programming was cancelled. THEY HAVE KEPT MY MONEY AND NOT PROVIDING THE SERVICES. LEGALLY THEY SHOULD HAVE NOT CANCELLED MY SERVICE AS THEY GOT TO KEEP THE FULL YEAR SUBSCRIPTION. When I contacted them via Skype of discontinued service, they said because I Disputed. Disputing is my right since they did not let me cancel and kept on borrowing time BY MAKING FALSE PROMISES of fixing the issue.

7. Devices- At several time I have asked Seema and Sameer to send me the prepaid shipping label for me to send the device/s back as they are of no use to me or anyone if there is no programming hooked up. I am not wiling to INCUR ADDITIONAL COST OF SHIPPING THE DEVICE/S TO THEM. Kanak Consulting has made FALSE PROMISES, NOT PROVIDED FULL SERVICE AS PROMISED AND NOT LET CUSTOMER CANCEL AND borrowed time to fix issues. Then when customer is upset, they count that time towards the subscription. I have never had this type of experience with any business where customer is not allowed to cancel, thrown free stuff and time to borrow time to fix their product and organization and then count that time towards subscription. AS OF NOW MY SUBSCRIPTION IS PAID TILL MAR. 2020 BUT I DO NOT HAVE SERVICE AND THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED ME A SINGLE PENNY. I will be glad to send the devices back if they refund me for the devices SUBSCRIPION ($420) and send me the prepaid shipping label. I do not trust to send the device before I see the refund. Their claim that I used the programming for six months is not accurate, THEY MADE ME USE IT AND DRAGGED ME. THEY DID NOT LISTEN TO ME.

8. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE AS DEACTIVATED - Again Kanak Consulting is misstating the fact. Service was discontinued as of 8/29/19. I have a screen shot.

I am not interested in the services of the company due to such a negative experience with them. I gave them a chance as their rep called me for days to give them a chance and they are new business and they have all the programming I was asking for and it is money back guarantee. That is not what it turned out to be. In fact, they overcharge more than double for the product and service. Same product and full service programming with everything I was looked for is available for half the price. I gave them a chance and they created a hassle for me. Also, this is the not the first complaint of this type against this business and this is obvious from Revdex.com website.

The company force me to get ***. The workers said to try it and also said that they will give the money back. Unfortunately, they didn’t give our money back and I hope I get my money back soon.

I got phone call on 02/11/2019 from the representative of *** Mr. SHIVA S that his company is offering one month free trial of IPTV. I will get more than 5000 channels in my TV. For that I need to buy device from him which will cost 230/- $. If I am not happy with their product, they will return my money. If I want to continue their service, I have to pay 20/- $ per month. As per the documents they sent me to sign online " if you still don't like our product then you can request for replacementand we are assure you to refund your amount within 15 working days ". Then I gave them my bank details over the phone and they ship me their product. After 2-3 days I called them that I am not happy with your product and I want to return it.Then they said we will process your request and let you know. There after I called and message them many times. Finally they said you can return our product and we will refund your amount. I send their device on 03/06/2019 by *** They received it on 03/08/2019. After that I called them so many times but they are not returning my refund. I have filled dispute also in my bank. They asked me to send my account number for refund. I have given my bank details also but I didn't get my refund yet.

Last year I was using my computer and a popup came out of no where which froze my computer and instructed to call a toll-free number to remove hackers from my computer.First this company charge me $800 and since I am paying every month.Till now I have paid over $3000.This came in notice when my son saw bank statement and he said I am being scammed. Everyday these peaple are calling me to charge more money and want to hack my computer using supremo software. I want all my money back I paid using credit card and wrote several checks to this company for removing hackers from my computer which never were there.I do not want to recieve call and emails at all from them.if Revdex.com can't help me I will seek help from ATTORNEY GENERAL OF N.E.

We have received the complaint about our services that has been provided to Mrs. *** and the dispute which she has raised against our company KANAK CONSULTING INC is not valid at all as she has been dealing with our company since about 2 years and our representative had spoken to her recently about the services that has been provided to her computer and she has given the clarification that everything is fine and she is not having any complain about it. It has been confirmed by her that it is someone else who had lodged the complaint and disputed the amount which she had paid to our company so far. We do have the recording of the conversation with her where she had confirmed that she is happy with the services.Our customers are the foundation of your business. Moreover if they are not satisfied with our services we have to be loyal with them and we use to give them the money back guarantee for 15 days which we had mentioned on our website too and Mrs. *** had never made complain before about any payment or services as she was satisfied with the services.Here is the attached documents.

Its been nearly 1 year not 2 years since I was scammed. And You sent fake microsoft popup in my computer so that you could scam me.I want all my money back there never was hackers in my computer.You fraud keep charging me the money for same.I have all records of checks that wrote if its required I will reach state attorney general office too.
