Dear Revdex.com I have paid $for a day training course that was alleged to be held in New York CityI have email proof that shows at all times since payment, I wholly believed that the course would be held in NYCKen C [redacted] , who is the Allied Beauty rep, has put into writing that "Long Island is NYC." At no such modern time has Long Island ever been the same physical location as ManhattanI explained to Ken in a series of email that NYC is Manhattan and Long Island is Long Island - NOT NYCThe class requires arrival on the first day (1/14) at 9:30amI will be arriving in NYC at 8:30am from out of town and will never be able to make a 9:30am Long Island start time, which I informed Ken in an emailThe course also requires two models for live practice on 1/16, and being that the class is not in NYC, as I was initially told, they both cannot attendAllied Beauty does not and can not supply me wth two models so I would have no one to practice on under the tutelage of the traine

I have been an insurance customer of this company for yearsThey solicited me with a website program they started and advertised a month contract that included design, hosting, and maintenanceUpon receiving the first draft of the home page - the design was NOTHING like I had requestedI immediately stopped the project and told them I did not want to move forwardThey are now suing me for the full balance of the contract for months even though they did not complete the design, it did not go live and it was not hosted for months etcWe have a trail set for MayI cannot believe that a company can sue its customers for work that was never completed and would rather lose me as a customer of years
